Thanksgiving Weekend Restorative Yoga Workshop

at Prana Yoga Center, La Jolla, CA
This Thanksgiving weekend I’ll be teaching a restorative yoga workshop at Prana Yoga in La Jolla.
Come join us for some respite on the holiday weekend.
All levels welcome.
According to the Mayo Clinic practicing relaxation techniques offers a whole host of health benefits including:

- Slowing your breathing rate
- Reducing activity of stress hormones

At this workshop you will practice gentle supported yoga poses, simple breathing techniques, and mindful meditation to slow down your body, open and nourish your organs, and quiet your mind. I’ll also be exploring the themes of self kindness and care, comfort, contentment and peace.
