Therapeutic Yoga Movement & Strength for Happy Knees

Healthy knees depend upon strong and flexible feet, ankles and hips.
Our joints are connected along a biomechanical movement chain that reaches from our feet all the way through the body. This allows healthy functioning at the feet and ankles to reflect up to health in the knees, hips, lower back and beyond.
This workshop will explore each of the major leg joints and the interconnections they share. It will include therapeutic yoga poses and functional exercises to build alignment awareness, mobility, strength and integration through the entire lower body, with particular focus on knee health.
