Dear friends and students,

During this time of self-isolation and business closures it’s more important than ever that we continue to take care of ourselves. Thankfully, because of the wonders of modern technology, we still have plenty of opportunities to come together to practice yoga.

Below are several ways you can now access my teaching online, as well as a link to an article with some tips for setting up an online yoga class.

A short note of thanks…

Getting together with some of you for the online classes these past few weeks has truly been soul food. Thank you so much for joining me, I hope to see each of you again soon.

In the meantime, practice self-care, put your legs up for some immune boosting inversions, breathe deeply, and be well!

Group Live Stream Classes

I am currently teaching live stream Yoga for a Healthy Back
classes on Mondays at 10:30am Pacific time via Prana Yoga Center.
You can sign up at Prana Yoga’s Mindbody page.

Prerecorded Online Classes

If you can’t make the prescheduled live stream classes, you can
still purchase my full length classes and practice them at a time
that suits you. Please contact me directly for more info.

Private Online Classes

I am also now offering private online classes.

Tips for Online Yoga Classes

If you’re not familiar with Zoom or have never used video
chat, no worries. There’s not much of a learning curve.
