Hello All,
I hope you had a great summer. I just got back from a family visit to the UK, where I was lucky to catch some mild, rain free weather. Getting to spend time with people I love who live so far away, and breathing into my soul England’s green, lush scenery was just the summer tonic. I went on lots of country walks through villages and woods, and explored medieval cathedrals, dilapidated castles and ancient stone circles.
I’m now back to teaching my full schedule at Prana Yoga as well as the fall workshops below. Hope to see you in class sometime soon!

In this Thanksgiving weekend workshop you will practice restful, supported poses along with simple breathing techniques to slow down your body, quiet your mind, and open and nourish your organs.
