I hope you had a wonderful holiday season!
So glad to be back from my travels and looking forward to seeing you in class soon. India for yoga with Geeta Iyengar was fantastic, and England for Christmas with my family was soul warming.

Teaching Schedule
I will resume teaching my classes at Prana Yoga on Wednesday January 7th at 11:30am. All are welcome to this all levels class. Expect some vigorous winter warming sequences this month to help get your body and mind back in shape for 2015.
Exciting New Research on the Health Benefits of Yoga
The New Year is a time when many of us reassess what we want to accomplish or do to balance our lives during the upcoming year. New research, finding yoga has the same heart health benefits as brisk walking and bicycling has just been released, giving us one more reason to put yoga on our list of healthy choices for 2015.
