January 2016 Newsletter

Happy New Year!

First, and most importantly, a big thank you to all those who attended my classes and workshops in 2015. It was a joy and a privilege to teach you. 

For all my yoga friends near and far, I hope your holidays were happy and festive. I took a few weeks out from teaching to recharge my batteries on a delicious “staycation.” I slept in, practiced yoga, walked on the beach, and saw a couple of great movies.

I also set some new yoga goals for 2016. They include taking a deeper look at how to use yoga to enhance organic functioning and health, and bringing that focus into my classes and workshops throughout the upcoming year. I hope you’ll be able to join me in learning!

I’m back to teaching my regular classes at Prana Yoga on Monday January 4th. My 2016 schedule remains the same as 2015. I will also be teaching some workshops – announcements and information coming soon.
