Smiles from the threshold of the year to come,
Whispering ‘it will be happier’…”

Happy Holidays 2018
The holidays are a kind, warm and sentimental season. This year, my heart calls to reach out to old friends and dear ones I’ve lost touch with along the way. I plan to spend time over the next few weeks reconnecting with several of them to let them know they’re still in my heart and thoughts.
I would also like to reach out to thank all of the students who have attended my classes and workshops in 2018. After nearly 25 years of teaching yoga, there are absolutely times when I want to throw the in towel and take up another profession entirely. Gardener? Lighthouse keeper? Astronomer?
But then, every time I step back into the classroom I’m met with the community of yogis I’m honored to share my practice with. You each have helped create a joyful, friendly and safe space for us to share on our yoga journey together. You each inspire me to be a better teacher. I’m truly grateful for the blessed presence of every one of you. Thank you.
Wishing you all a wonderful holiday season and a thoroughly amazing 2019.
Namaste,
Ann ♥
