Why Yoga for a Healthy Back?
This class emphasizes safe postural alignment and bio-mechanical action to ensure you move effectively and safely. Students are encouraged to respect their personal limits and progress gradually through different levels of poses. Props such as straps, blocks, and the yoga rope wall are often used to adapt poses, making them accessible to every body.
Take charge of your back health—breathe, move, and strengthen your way to a more comfortable, resilient body.

Testimonial
“I am practically pain free since learning your routines. I do them almost every day, at least 5 days a week for 30 to 45 minutes. I can work, and lift, and bike, and hike with much greater confidence and ease. I am not afraid to move anymore. Thanks for your help.” ~ Leland Forester, Photographer. More testimonials.
