November 2015 Newsletter
The holiday season is upon us again. The gentle nip of San Diego fall is in the evening air and we’ll soon be surrounded by the warmth of family gatherings. It’s the time when we look towards all that we hold that dear and give thanks for blessings large and small.
The season’s social events are fun, but they fill calendars and can make for a hectic schedule. A restorative yoga practice can act as an antidote for all the extra busyness. It helps decelerate the frantic pace, replenishes energy, and creates space and time for inner reflection.
This Thanksgiving weekend I’ll be teaching a restorative yoga workshop at Prana Yoga in La Jolla. I hope you can join me. To find out more about why restorative yoga is beneficial check out Restorative Yoga: 6 Excellent & Healthful Reasons to Practice. Or practice a sampling of the type of poses I’ll be teaching at the workshop with 4 Easy, Restful Restorative Yoga Poses.
May your season be filled with joy, gratitude, and the presence of love.
Namaste,
Ann ♥
